Housekeeping and Covid-19.
Our Protocol for a Physical Tour.

Book an online "Meet and Greet" tour via email at nmmullaney@gmail.com.

Upon agreeing if our program is a good fit for your little one and your family, we set an appointment for one parent and child to be scheduled for an on-site tour.

Masks – Although Covid restrictions have been greatly reduced, we encourage (especially indoors) those above 2 to wear a mask if they show any symptoms, or you may isolate for a day or two and return with a Negative Covid Test.

Sign-in - Upon arrival, we ask that you initially sign a Disclosure that asks a couple of questions about your medical history, etc. (Similar to a simple checklist seen at a doctor visit).

We take temperatures, sanitize hands, remove shoes for Indoor Classroom.

Pre-Register – At the end of the tour, you will be provided with the opportunity to complete your Application (see button below), or pay enrollment fee, deposit, etc. if you are ready to initiate tuition.

Upon receipt of all fees, you will receive our Parent Handbook and school forms to review, and initial where indicated before start date.

ALL paperwork with updated vaccinations is due at least 3 days prior to your start date, please.
Enroll in a few easy steps
Be sure to submit your Letter of Interest by email to nmmullaney@gmail.com. This can be done through the "Book A Tour" button. Once received, we will confirm your appointment by phone or email to schedule a tour.

Our Enrollment process:

Upon receipt of your complete Application (full names, option of Full or Half days, etc), we will email you your Parent Contract and Covid Pledge. Upon receipt, payment of all fees and school forms are due, preferably no less than 1 week prior to start date.

The child's vaccinations must be current, and we may require proof of a negative Covid Test before the start of school, or with a doctor's note if you think they've been exposed after the start of school.

Parent/Guardian Covid-19 Vaccinations are highly recommended.

Upon receipt of the above, you will be receive a copy of our Parent Handbook and all school forms, hand outs, and Parent Ed fun reads.

The last page (checklist) asks that you initial and date, to confirm all school forms are completed.

We will notify you of a follow up appointment via zoom if you need to address any needs and concerns. This opportunity will present us the ability to acquaint your child with staff during a normal day, and helps us to put yours and the child’s mind at ease prior to the first day of school, and the separation process.

School year dates
​
Although we accept applications throughout the year on a month to month basis, the School year normally begins in August through December, and continues in January through June. Graduation occurs end of June for those planning to enter Kindergarten.
Also please ask for our annual calendar and dates we are closed to observe Most major public holiday. We are closed Thanksgiving week, weeks of Christmas and New Year.
A school calendar will be issued notifying parents of exact dates when care will not be provided, and on school/public holidays.

Upon Enrollment, all fees are due including first month’s tuition, registration fee, and deposit. Rates include material fees.
We offer discount rates for siblings.
